REFUND & CANCELLATION 

1. REFUND & CANCELLATION

8Wonder’s services do not allow for refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances once a transaction has been confirmed.

A transaction is deemed confirmed when the Customer completes the payment, and the service is considered ready to be provided or has already been provided, regardless of whether the Customer chooses to use the service. This policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency in the service delivery process. We are committed to providing high-quality services and safeguarding all customer rights from the moment the transaction is confirmed.

Force Majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, wars, or regulations imposed by competent authorities (see details under Force Majeure), shall be considered on a case-by-case basis and may result in special resolutions appropriate to the specific circumstances.

In all cases, the final decision rests with the Company and will be communicated to the Customer at the earliest possible time. Customers are advised to carefully consider their purchase before using the service.

2. VOUCHER

Unless otherwise agreed or unless 8Wonder has a different policy in place, Customers using Vouchers must comply with these General Terms and Conditions, the Regulations, the conditions specified on each Voucher, and/or the applicable service provision policy corresponding to the type of Voucher issued by 8Wonder at the time of use.

3. PROMOTIONAL PROGRAMS

8Wonder reserves the right to implement promotional programs (“Programs” or “Promotions”) in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Customers will not be eligible to receive promotions or to use 8Wonder’s products and services if they fail to comply with the conditions set forth for each Program.

At all times and under all circumstances, 8Wonder reserves the right to revoke a Customer’s participation in a Program, suspend/cancel services purchased or received as part of a Promotion, and reclaim promotional benefits and/or other incentives if 8Wonder determines that:

(i) The Customer does not meet the eligibility criteria for the Program at the time of 8Wonder’s review, whether before, during, or after the transaction or participation; or

(ii) The Customer engages in fraudulent, counterfeit, or dishonest conduct regarding Program eligibility and/or violates social ethics or applicable laws.

For the sake of transparency, Customers participating in Promotions agree that the determination of valid and eligible transactions for promotional benefits shall be made solely by 8Wonder. In the event of differing interpretations of the Program’s terms, 8Wonder shall retain full authority to construe such terms, and 8Wonder’s interpretation and decision shall serve as the final legal reference for the application of the Program.

4. TECHNICAL ERRORS

8Wonder shall make reasonable efforts to maintain the normal operation of the website https://8wonder.vn/(“Website”). However, 8Wonder does not guarantee that (i) the functions and support tools provided on the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, (ii) the Website will not be infected with viruses, malware, or other harmful components, and/or (iii) all data provided on the Website will be accurate and free from technical errors during data creation.

In the event of technical incidents such as machinery malfunctions, software errors, internet transmission failures, or virus infections of the Website (“Technical Errors”), or in the event of errors in uploaded data such as incorrect prices (“Data Errors”), 8Wonder shall make reasonable efforts to remedy the Technical Errors or adjust the Data Errors as soon as possible. 8Wonder reserves the right to refuse to execute transactions established: (i) due to Technical Errors, (ii) based on Data Errors, and/or (iii) affected by Technical Errors and/or Data Errors regardless of their origin. For clarity, a Data Error is an error on the Website (e.g., with respect to rates or conditions) that a reasonable person would not consider normal.

In cases where transactions are refused, 8Wonder will notify the Partner/Customer via the email address provided at the time of booking and will refund any payments related to the refused transaction that the Partner/Customer has made to 8Wonder within a maximum of forty-five (45) business days.

Other than the obligation to refund payments already received as stipulated above, 8Wonder shall not be liable for any losses or damages, whether direct or indirect, incurred by Partners/Customers arising out of or in connection with Technical Errors and/or Data Errors.
