Terms of Use
1. TERMS OF USE
General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) apply to all Customers and Partners participating in 8Wonder, with program information announced from time to time on the official website https://8wonder.vn/
(“Website”). Customers, Partners, and 8Wonder are each referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
Customers/Partners agree and acknowledge that, by submitting to 8Wonder service requests, event requests, and/or requests for additional services (collectively, “Service Requests”) and receiving confirmation from 8Wonder, the Customers/Partners have read and accepted the GTC, the Event Regulations applicable to participation in 8Wonder, as well as any amendments thereto as published from time to time on the official Website.
The GTC and the Event Regulations constitute an integral part of the contract, agreement for the provision and use of services, or Service Requests confirmed between 8Wonder and the Customers/Partners (the “Contract”).
2. DEFINITIONS
“8Wonder” refers to the brand name of the grand music festival owned by Vinpearl Joint Stock Company.
“Partners” refer to travel agencies, tour operators, enterprises, organizations, or individuals entering into Contracts with 8Wonder.
“Customers” refer to individuals who directly use the services of 8Wonder for personal consumption and not for resale to other individuals or organizations.
“Published Rates” mean the service rates listed on the official Website of 8Wonder (https://8wonder.vn/). Service rates may vary from day to day depending on the programs offered to customers.
“Regulations” mean the rules that Customers must comply with during their participation in 8Wonder, which may be amended or supplemented at 8Wonder’s discretion from time to time and published on the Website.
“Voucher” means a prepaid card or certificate for services, available in physical or electronic format, issued by 8Wonder to record the holder’s right to use the Services. The use of Vouchers must comply with these General Terms and Conditions, the Regulations, and the specific provisions set forth on each Voucher.
3. EVENT RULES AND REGULATIONS
3.1. GENERAL REGULATIONS
- To ensure the security of the event, the Organizer reserves the right to inspect personal belongings of all attendees at the security gate.
- The Organizer is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property. Attendees are advised not to bring valuables.
- The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove from the venue any individual who violates the regulations, without refunding the ticket.
- This event will be recorded and filmed, and due to technical equipment and production requirements, some seats may have restricted views. Additionally, footage and audio recorded in and around the venue before, during, and after the performance may include the audience’s likeness, voice, actions, or statements. These recordings may be used freely worldwide for various purposes, including but not limited to commercial use, advertising, promotion, and media coverage. By attending the event, all audience members acknowledge and agree that their likeness and other recorded elements may be used without additional notice or consent.
- The Organizer reserves the final right of decision in all matters.
3.2. REGULATIONS ON PARTICIPANTS
- Participants must be 10 years of age or older and must be accompanied by an adult if under the age of 14 (one adult with one child). Notice: for any children under 1.35m, it is required to present proof of age enough to participate in the event
- Pregnant women and people with health problems are advised to consider when participating in this event. In case you still want to participate, you need to notify the Organizer and sign a commitment letter about your decision."
3.3. REGULATIONS ABOUT TICKET & WRISTBAND
- The concert ticket is an electronic ticket in a QR code or a physical ticket with QR code, only valid for once. The attendees maintain their own QR code. The organizer is not responsible if the audience reveals/lost QR Code information.
- The Organizer refuses to handle the case of more than 1 person checking-in with the same ticket code. According to regulations, the Organizer will allow the first person to check-in with the same ticket code to attend the event.
- Attendees bring the QR code to the check-in counter to exchange for a wristband & enroll face ID to enter the event area. Incase attendees already do pre-checkin via application VinWonders, attendees only need to scan faceID and receive wristband at counter.
- The face ID will be enrolled only once to control event's entry. The Organizer commits to only using customer face ID for this sole purpose.
- Customers can freely enter and exit the concert and will be scanned with facial recognition and wristband every time you re-enter the event area.
- Wristband shows standing/seating position information in the venue. Please enter the correct location specified on the ticket; Wristbands will only be given once when customers check in at counters.
- The organizer is not responsible for loss of wristbands or entrance cards and has the right to refuse to let the attendees get into the concert.
- When moving in the venue, attendees are required to wear wristbands at all times.
- The purchase of tickets represents that the buyer has agreed to all terms and conditions of the Organizer."
3.4. EVENT GUIDELINES
- No outside food, beverage and all kinds of seat allowed
- No weapons, explosives, sharp objects, laser/flashlight, umbrella, pen, selfie stick, and tripod allowed
- No illegal substances allowed
- No opened cigarette packets, lighters allowed and only one unopened packet allowed per person.
- No pets allowed No backpacks/handbags with sizes exceeding 26cm x 26cm
- No Posters/Cheering boards mentioning political or in appropriate topics
- Tablets, iPads, GoPros, professional lenses, audio recorders, and any recording devices of any kind - except for mobile phones - are not allowed inside the concert venue.
- No glass/plastic/metal bottles or objects containing hard plastic, metal flagpoles
- No fireworks and other explosive items
- No unlicensed drugs and medicines
- No pushing, No shoving, No violence before, during
- No hugging the fence and forcing it, causing all-round influence
- No filming / livestreaming the performances in any circumstances.
- The organizer reserves the right to ask offenders to leave the event area and not refund tickets.
- Do not engage in fights or any conduct that may harm, endanger, threaten or cause discomfort to other attendees.
- Please refrain from touching the artist, throwing gifts towards the stage, and using soap bubbles.
- Strictly no photography and videography during the VIP Soundcheck.
- Patrons found with prohibited items such as cameras or taking photos/videos during the VIP Soundcheck will be escorted out of the venue, this includes the use of mobile phones to take photos / videos.
4. PAYMENT ACCOUNTS
Unless payment is made by credit card or in cash, or unless otherwise agreed in writing, Guests/Partners shall make payments directly to the following accounts:

Transfer Details: (i) Guest/Partner Name; (ii) Service Request/Event Request Number, (iii) Payment Type (deposit, payment, etc.).
VinWonders may (i) change or add to the payment accounts provided; and/or (ii) amend or supplement the payment procedure, with prior notice to Guests/Partners either in writing or by posting on the Website.
5. FORCE MAJEURE
8Wonder, Customers, or Partners shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform the contract/agreement for the provision and use of services (excluding payment obligations) or the respective rights and obligations of each Party as stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions and the Regulations, if such delay or non-performance results from a Force Majeure event.
Force Majeure events include, but are not limited to: storms, floods, earthquakes, wars, fires, changes in governmental policies or laws, or other objective events beyond the control of the Parties.
Provided that:
Such event is entirely beyond reasonable control and not due to the fault or negligence of the affected Party even though the affected Party has taken all necessary and reasonable measures to prevent, remedy, or mitigate damage, causing delays or interruptions, hindering the performance of contractual obligations;
Within 3 days from the occurrence of the Force Majeure event, the affected Party must give written notice to the other Party detailing the Force Majeure event, the preventive and remedial measures taken, the estimated recovery plan, and the solutions.
Unless otherwise stated in writing by 8Wonder, Guests or Partners must still fulfill their contractual obligations as permitted by the actual circumstances and take all reasonable measures to perform the portions of the work not obstructed by the Force Majeure event.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The provisions of these General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam. All disputes arising in connection with the requests for and use of Services by Customers/Partners under the Contract and these General Terms and Conditions shall be resolved, in the first instance, through negotiation.
In the event that negotiations and discussions are unsuccessful within thirty (30) days from the date the dispute arises, the Parties shall have the right to submit the dispute to a competent court in Vietnam in accordance with applicable law.
